Investigate no hot water to wall mounted Rheem 125 litre electric hot water heater. Thermostat, element, off peak, hot water unit, and the circuit breakers in the garage were working ok. In the main meter room it was found that there were two circuit breakers for hotwater unit which were faulty. One was removed to get customer back with hot water up and running.
