I am writing this letter to commend you on the outstanding service I experienced from your company. On Sunday August 20th upon discovering the leaking hot water system, I was in quite a panic and began phoning for help. After numerous calls resulting in a lack of response, I found your number on a sticker than had been placed on the cylinder previous. I spoke with a lovely gentleman who was courteous, honest, and helpful. As the situation wasn’t dire, he advised he would send service man to assess the problem the next morning between 7:00am and 8:30am. As promised a serviceman arrived at the door around 7am. He displayed exceptional politeness, honesty, and consideration towards me, the property, and the household. After assessing the hot water system, the service man resolved it had expired and would need replacing. The other gentleman who delivered and helped install the new system, also displays the fine service traits and attitude. The delivery and installation of the replacement hot water system and the removal of the expired system was quick, professional, and clean. Please extend my gratitude to these three gentlemen for their outstanding customer and trade service. They are an asset to your company name and their chosen industry! Again, thank you for the meritorious professionalism shown, I will certainly recommend your name.

Dux Hot Water System-Emergency Hot Water; Prompt & Excellent Service
Further to my service call this morning, thank you for your prompt service today at our Eastwood Apartments, for the Dux hot water heater. I believe the service man attended and carried out the required works and all within a 3 ½ hour time frame which was given to me at the time of my call. As per my position, I only ever hear the bad reports, however it’s always nice to hear the good ones. I had a family of 6 people in that apartment and they needed hot water asap.
